1. Standard shipping: This is our default shipping method, with delivery times ranging from 3 - 14 days of order.
2. Express shipping: This method is available for an additional fee with delivery times ranging from 1 - 4 days of order.
3. Same-Day/Next day Shipping: This method is available for selected areas with delivery times within 48 hours of order.
SHIPPING COSTS
Our shipping costs range as follows:
1. Free shipping : On orders above
₦ 39,000
or an estimated amount in your local currency.
2. Flat Rate Shipping: For orders below ₦ 39,000 we charge 5%
3. Calculated Shipping: We calculate shipping costs based on weight and dimensions of your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
At AZACRAFT , we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order we're here to help.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
1. The goods must be in their original condition with no signs of tampering or damage.
2. The goods must be returned within 7 - 14 days of delivery.
3. The goods must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase ( invoice or order of confirmation )
EXCHANGE PROCESS
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or item please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer support team ; azzamanigroup@gmail.com. Kindly provide your details and reason for exchange.
2. We will guide you through the exchange process, availability and pricing.
3. Once we receive the ship goods we'll process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
REFUNDS
If your return is approved ,we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-7 working days depending on your payment gateway.
EXCEPTIONS
This refund policy does not apply to :
1. Goods that have been tampered with , damaged or used excessively.
2. Customized items
3. Goods that are perishable or fragile to factors of mobility.
